In the interest of improving customer service, security, training and monitoring, all calls to / from Bondstones are recorded (as of 19th April 2017). Bondstones may also digitally record face to face meetings and interviews to aid customer service and monitoring purposes. All data recorded will be kept in confidence / for internal use only.

Complaints |
We operate a formal complaints procedure.
Unless otherwise advised any complaint must be made in writing (and marked confidential) to: The Directors Bondstones 1990 Ltd c/o Bondstones 1990 Ltd. Hestercombe House Taunton Somerset TA2 8LG On receipt, a member of the senior team will review the complaint and respond accordingly - usually within 14 days. Where possible any complaint will be reviewed by a manager / director whom has not previously been involved with matters related to the complaint - this being in order to ensure fair handling and due consideration at all times. If for any reason the company find that a complaint is not valid or if a client declines to accept any offer resulting from our internal review, the company will openly enter into discussions via an alternative dispute resolution / mediation service and would expect any complainant to do the same.
