Bondstones are extremely proud to be 'Regulated by the RICS' - this means we are a professionally qualified and regulated practice - bound by a code of conduct, strict rules and regulations. This means that we will only undertake work which is directly within our field(s) of expertise and that we are also fully insured (both Professional Indemnity and Public / Employers Liability).

​We are passionate about architecture and the countryside, its' sustainable future and the protection / re-use of rural buildings: as such we offer our professional expertise to satisfy a range of rural property issues, including (but not limited to): Town & Country Planning (Planning Consultancy) and Architectural Design / Building Design (Architecture).  Our primary interest being sustainable projects for the 'change of use' of buildings & land.

Our conflict of interest policy

A conflict of interest is anything that impedes or might be perceived to impede an our ability to act impartially and in the best interest of a client or clients.

The potential for conflict of interest may occur where:
  • We are acting for another person or client with competing interests at the same time (e.g. where both the seller and buyer of a single property approach us simultaneously)
  • We have other obligations or pressures that detract from or affect our relationship with a client
  • We are faced with conflicting duties owed to different clients (e.g. if two or more parties seek to engage us while competing for the same opportunity)

We will always undertake background checks to ensure that conflicts do not arise within our business.  This means that on occasion we must decline to accept instructions from new clients.  Where this does happen, we will always suggest a suitable course of action to ensure that the conflict is resolved before it starts.
