Where possible we operate a paper free business, however we understand that in certain circumstances paper copies and other expenses are inevitable.

Where physical media copies are requested the following tariff will apply:

A4 100 GSM - £0.20 / Sheet*+
A3 100 GSM - £0.40 / Sheet*+

A2 Plans - £2.00 / Sheet*
A1 Plans - £3.00 / Sheet*

A0 Plans - £15.00 / Sheet^

CD-ROM - £5.00 / disk*
Memory stick - POA

A4 / A3 Document Scanning - POA

OS Mapping Data

We use Ordnance Survey map data of various types - subject to planning requirements.

​Map Data is recharged at cost +15% or as otherwise set out in our estimates
(typically at £50, £75 or £100 - subject to site area / location - larger areas will incur higher costs)

Travel & Subsistence

• We charge £0.55 + VAT per mile for road travel
• Where it is more cost effective and / or time efficient (to the client's advantage) to make use of alternative travel methods (e.g. regional flights + hire car + fuel) this is charged at cost +15%
• When working and / or travelling remotely for extended periods (>8 hours per session) we re-charge a discretionary subsistence allowance of +£10 (per mealtime, per staff member in attendance).

Any other expenses expenses are re-charged at cost +15% unless otherwise agreed.
